That shot with Jay trying so hard to be threatening while the kappa just does not care... If I don't make a cover image, I'm probably going to make that the thumbnail for the comic. It just fits the comic so well.

Those coins were the worst. I wanted them to look like actual coins, not like someone tried really hard to draw coins. Photoshop has a circle brush, so I used that. Just make some circles, dupe it, and offset the added circles by a bit to create the edge of the coin. Right? WRONG. There are so many coins, I had to make several layers for the base circles. And the brush in question is super fuzzy, so I had to duplicate the base layers several times to make it black enough. And the bottom circle layer, so to speak, had to be whited out to create the illusion of a solid object. And they had to be at varying angles. Now the result is what I wanted. It looks nice enough. But yeah. Like I said. The worst. I might just make some crude coin brushes to save myself the agony.
