Sisters II Picture - WIP

I love inking black hair. It's a meticulous, gradual process that builds up so much texture. It becomes so tangible, like you could run your fingers through it and feel silk. I almost love the way it looks in progress more than when it's finished. The blue that comes through the black enhances the gloss. Maybe I should do a black, blue, and white pic...

Unfortunately, of course, such a process is taxing on the hand, and not long after the above stage, my hand was shot.
